- Order entry information from previous shipments is stored
- Drop down menus (and Find buttons) will help rapidly select shipping addresses that you have previously used. Both the Shipper and Consignee address can be selected.

- You have the option of saving this as a quote or booking the order. Booking the order will immediately notify us that we need to schedule a pickup.
- The account Statement gives you a complete view of your outstanding shipping invoices. From this page you can see the total amount due as well as view individual invoices.

Customer Access Portal
Using a secure login you are able to gain access to your customized shipping portal. From here you will be able to manage all aspects of your shipping activity.

Order Entry
The order entry page gives you the ability to create new quotes and orders. You are able to add any information required to help our team when generating a quote. Most of the information on this page has been compiled with information from one of your previous shipments. This will help save time during the entry process, but it is important that you verify the accuracy of all the information as it will be used to prepare shipping documents

- Drop down menus (and Find buttons) will help rapidly select shipping addresses that you have previously used. Both the Shipper and Consignee address can be selected. New addresses can also be entered by tying into the address fields or by selecting "New Location."
- Using the Find button you can select products that you have previously shipped. This will help complete most of the commodity fields. The only information you will have to enter is the number of pieces and the weight.
- A shipper number or a P.O. reference is required and should help you identify the shipment for invoicing and tracing purposes.
- All shipments are assumed to be business to business and dock to dock deliveries. Any additional services that are required can be selected and added before getting a quote. This will help ensure that your quote is as accurate as possible.
- You have the option of saving this as a quote or booking the order. Booking the order will immediately notify us that we need to schedule a pickup.
Carrier Selection
If your account is set up with multiple carrier options or with different service types you may see the carrier selection screen. From this screen you can select the carrier, rate, or service type that is required to move this shipment. If there is only one available rate on your account you will be able to skip this step and go directly to the Shipment Profile Page to review your quote and proceed to book your order.

- Click on the select button next to the carrier or service you need. Keep in mind that if you do not select an option, the first service option listed will be utilized. The service and carrier options will always be listed in order with the least expensive service option listed first.
- A breakdown of the charges is listed to exactly to break down what you are being charged for. This also includes all of the supplemental charges that have been requested. This is the first time you have the opportunity to review the shipment charges for accuracy.
- A description of the type of service is provided. Depending on the shipment this may also show an estimated number of days to deliver this shipment. Keep in mind that this information is provided as a GUIDELINE ONLY and does NOT include weekends and holidays or any unforeseen natural events. Unless specifically stated, service times listed are NOT GUARANTEED.
- Click on the button at the bottom to accept the rate and service option. You must click the save button to store the rates in your account information. This is a very important step in the process because it lets our staff know if you want us to schedule a pickup.
Shipment Tracking
The shipment tracking page gives you the ability to view all previously entered orders and quotes for a particular date range. At the bottom of the page there are a few instructions to help guide you to filter the shipments on the report.

- Filter the list by using the drop down menus. The menus allow you to change the date range and the type of shipments being listed. For example you can use this to only display the shipments that are currently moving.
- Click on the load numbers to access the shipment profile which gives you all the detailed information about the shipment.
- Click on the column headers which are underlined to sort the report by that load number, pick up date, etc.
- This report can be exported directly to Excel by clicking on the link at the bottom right. This does require that Excel is installed on your computer and your internet security settings are properly configured.
Shipment Profile
The shipment Profile page enables you to keep track of all the information regarding a specific shipment from the time it is scheduled until the time it is delivered. This page allows you to both view and edit the information for a shipment.

- Current Shipment status is displayed in the icons across the top of the page. We also show the most recent updates for the shipment directly below the icons. Complete tracking information from the shipments inception can be viewed by clicking on Additional Tracking Information.
- If the shipment has been invoiced, a link is provided to allow you to view your invoice from this screen.
- A summary of the shipment information is displayed for verification and review.
- A summary of the charges for the shipment are shown in the shipment profile. This information is the same as that reflected on the invoice. If charges are not shown, then a representative is in the process of researching our carrier resource base to generate your quote.
- Automatically generated documents, including the Bill of Lading, Quote Sheet and Box Labels, can be faxed or emailed from our servers. Click on the button to Email or Fax Documents to any location needed.
- Once a carrier has been selected, you can review information about your shipment before you print the bill of lading to give to the carrier.
Account Statement
The account Statement gives you a complete view of your outstanding shipping invoices. From this page you can see the total amount due as well as view individual invoices.

- You can change the parameters to filter the statement by different criteria. This will allow you to show invoices based on the invoice date, invoice age, or the type of the invoice.
- Click on the column headers to sort the report by that column.
- Click on the links to view the individual invoices. After opening the invoices you are able to print them to your printer by using the link at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the load numbers to access the shipment profile. The shipment profile will give you more information about the shipment.
